Beth Cramer is our Marketing & Website Officer, known for her ability to manage complex digital and marketing projects from strategy to execution. She thrives on bringing order to moving parts, combining creative thinking with structured processes.

After graduating from Leeds Arts UniversityBeth’s marketing experience demonstrated creative practices in brand development, creative direction, strategising campaigns, and determining brand tone through content and copy creation. Beth’s next career move (and relocation to Australia) saw her delving into a new challenge.

She took on the nitty-gritty and meticulous structure of CRM systems – it’s not a challenge for the faint-hearted! Beth has excelled at finding creative ways to streamline administration experiences (such as reporting, scheduling and contact database management) to improve efficiency, adaptability, productivity and billable hours.

This led to Beth’s transition into the projects team, where she continues to thrive as a creative and strategic thinker. With a background in communications and a deep understanding of CRM systems, she’s become a go-to for interpreting technical language, bridging the gap between hands-on teams and clients.

I’m passionate about using data to drive insights and thrive on managing project workflows and building stakeholder relationships. As an organised chaos wrangler at heart, I’m driven by the challenge of turning complex, high-stakes website and marketing projects into success stories.

With a background in communications, I love crafting purposeful, audience-focused copy, building cross-functional relationships, and streamlining digital processes. Whether I’m managing website projects, refining digital communications, or measuring marketing performance, I’m always focused on bringing structure, creativity and clarity to every stage.

When I’m not streamlining processes or managing projects, you’ll find me getting lost in a good true crime book, hosting a games night with friends, or off on an adventure with my fur child, Cosmo Cramer.
