Our HubSpot journey

We have been HubSpot Partners for more than a decade – having joined the program through a love of the tools themselves and the benefits we experienced from adoption within our own business.

We started slowly, assisting existing marketing retainer clients with establishment of their marketing software and processes, before offering standalone HubSpot services. We have spent time building our knowledge and refining our processes, to ensure we deliver what we promise on.

These days, HubSpot plays an integral part of all areas of our business – from marketing campaigns and ROI reporting, to our strong sales process which leverages the full range of HubSpot Sales tools (custom pipelines and deal stages, documents, email tracking, scheduling pages, follow up videos, sales dashboards etc.)

Our pricing structure

Rather than a standard lump sum fee for all onboarding and optimisation projects, we first meet with your to understand your goals and objectives. From there we provide a custom proposal which take into account your budget, timeline and the level of HubSpot subscription you have or may require.

For sales and marketing optimisation, we usually commence with a strategy session or workshop to truly understand your current business situation and processes. From there, we provide a strategic plan and recommendations for implementation.

Based on the agreed actions from that plan, we estimate the level of support required and the length of the project (or suggested weekly retainer level) and provide a quote accordingly.
