The Marketing GP is a marketing and communications agency based in the heart of Carrodise, i.e. Carrington in Newcastle. Our team has grown significantly over the past few years. And it continues to grow rapidly as we help more and more businesses with their branding, communications and marketing needs.
We enjoy providing great service and solutions to our clients, but we have fun while we’re doing it, and support each other in all aspects. We are focused on growing our team with people that align with our values and take team culture seriously.

The Marketing GP people all bring unique marketing and communication skills to the table. We work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, collaborating to make some marketing magic. We are digital marketing specialists, brand and marketing strategists, tech whizzes and graphic designers. We are also videographers and photographers, social media experts, client managers and more.
Add to that our personalised skills spanning theatre, running, furniture restoration, making a solid campsite setup, cooking and more. You could say we’re a fun bunch!
Above all, we’re big thinkers. Our team gain experience in a range of different areas as a result of our broad range of services on offer. Miss Dolly Parton may have worked 9 to 5, but we have long recognised that this is no longer the norm. We appreciate and recognise that our team have lives outside of the office, which is why we offer flexible working arrangements and environment.
We have some guidelines in place, but we trust our team to find the balance in the flexibility provided.
This means we have a raft of ways that we hype each other up, all with the aim of provide support that is best suited to our wide range of personalities.
Whether it be via private message, in our ‘boom snap’ chat thread, via our team meeting values awards presentations, in a handwritten card, or just a quiet word in the office.
We believe in lifting each other up and working together towards common goals. Whether it’s a big win or a small accomplishment, we celebrate every achievement and recognise the hard work and dedication that goes into reaching our goals.










We’re more than just a team. First and foremost, we’re mates. We support one another personally and professionally (we truly are a hype squad for each other – even if that sounds a bit naff!).
Ww wouldn’t be marketers if personal branding wasn’t a focus for our team – we want to develop the profile of each of our team members (but only if they want to!). We find ways to integrate networking into our professional development, meaning our team members have the opportunity to meet new people and learn from amazing guest speakers.
We are proud to have a strong, close-knit team, who genuinely care about each other. Outside of work you’ll find us chatting about the latest dramas on the Netflix shows we’ve been watching, sharing memes with one another, and bonding over a drink or too on a Saturday afternoon (with a drop of GlowAfter, of course!).
